The registration fee may be refundable if the cancellation is requested at least 48 hours prior to the start time of the seminar (local time of the event). The athlete should send an email to ibjjf@ibjjf.com from the email address listed on their IBJJF account to request the registration cancellation. If the registration is made within less than 48 hours of the seminar start time, the registration fee will be non-refundable.
