The latest addition to the IBJJF Absolute Grand Prix is Gabriel Oliveira of Alliance. In 2019, Gabriel won the Worlds and Pans as a brown belt and was promoted to black belt shortly after. He has remained very active as a black belt and placed third as a heavyweight at the 2021 IBJJF World Championships. 2022 has seen Gabriel win titles at the Sao Leopoldo, Curitiba Spring, Sao Paulo, Vitoria, Rio Winter, and Floripa Winter Opens. He’ll now get the chance to test his skills against some of best competitors in the world at the IBJJF Absolute Grand Prix.
