The 2026 Crown is building a phenomenal list of athletes for its fourth edition. Forty-eight world-class competitors will converge inside the famous Long Beach Pyramid on November 8th with hopes of securing one of the most sought after trophies in the sport, as well as the $20,000 cash prize.
Alexander Sak brings incredible momentum into the 2026 Crown. Officially announced as the fifth contender in the ultra-heavyweight division, Alexander joins a bracket loaded with talent.
Alexander Sak - European Standout Joins Crown Field
The Abdullaev Team member has maintained incredible form over the past two years. In 2025 and 2026, Alexander has secured eleven adult gold medals including a double-gold Asian Championship performance recently. Alexander also added a World Master title to his resume just weeks ago, proving his current form is as dangerous as ever.
Alexander favors top positions, where his pressure and guard passing technique shine. His 2026 Asian Championship performance highlighted this ability, as Alexander submitted each of his six opponents via breadcutters after passing their guard. Alexander’s imposing frame and style will certainly provide a significant challenge for his potential ultra-heavyweight foes.
Alexander joins Francisco Papasidero, Thierry Felipe, Helder Rodrigues, and Seif-Eddine Houmine as the five ultra-heavyweight contenders officially announced.
