2026 IBJJF Crown Announcements

The 2026 Crown has officially been announced to take place at the Pyramid in Long Beach, California on November 8th. The fourth edition of the Crown projects to draw forty-eight of the globe’s top competitors to the invitation-only cash prize event. 

Fellipe Andrew is officially revealed as a heavyweight contender in the 2026 Crown. The proven veteran becomes the first athlete to be announced and represents the competition’s immense talent level.

Fellipe Andrew - Elite Crown Contender

Fellipe has showcasaed his elite skillset through the World Championship gauntlet. In 2021, the super-heavyweight secured a weight-class silver medal before capturing the open class World Championship title. Fellipe returned in 2023 to secure the heavyweight World title with a commanding performance. 

The former two-time World Champion boasts a relentless submission-hunting mindset and consistently utilizes aggressive guards with lethality.
