Elijah Dorsey of Team Lloyd Irvin will replace Samuel Nagai in the IBJJF FloGrappling Lightweight Grand Prix. As a brown belt, Elijah earned gold and silver medals at the Pans and Worlds, respectively. Coming up through the ranks alongside world-class black belts Shane Jamil Hill-Taylor, Malachi Edmond, Angelo Claiborne, Vannessa Griffin, and many others, Elijah developed a well-rounded attacking style of jiu-jitsu that has served him well in his short time as a black belt. Elijah has already had exciting and technical matches with some of the top black belts in the sport, most recently placing third at the 2023 European Jiu-Jitsu Championships in Paris, France.
