2026 IBJJF Crown Announcement

The 2026 Crown is building a phenomenal list of athletes for its fourth edition. Forty-eight world-class competitors will converge inside the famous Long Beach Pyramid on November 8th with hopes of securing one of the most sought after trophies in the sport, as well as the $20,000 cash prize.

Aghata Rabelo represents the rising talent within the female lightweight division. The CheckMat standout is officially announced as the fifth lightweight contender at the 2026 Crown.

Aghata’s breakthrough moment occurred at the 2025 World Championships as a brown belt competitor. Aghata secured the medium-heavyweight World title, finalizing her color belt career, and commencing her competitive journey at the highest level. In just over one year at the black belt rank Aghata has compiled eight gold medals in gi competition, including American National and Jiu-Jitsu Con titles.
