The IBJJF Crown is set to take place on Sunday, November 19th at the Pyramid in Long Beach, California. The male featherweight and female lightweight divisions have been announced and have created excitement and anticipation for the event. The first athlete to officially join The Crown's middleweight division has been confirmed, and it's none other than the remarkable Andy Murasaki. With an impressive list of achievements and a reputation for technical brilliance, Andy Murasaki's presence at the event promises to elevate it to another level. As a World No-Gi and European Champion, along with two silver medals at the World Championships, Andy's resume continues to be more impressive with each passing event. His ability to compete and earn major championship medals in three different weight classes has demonstrated not only his skill, but also his desire to continually test himself against the best opposition in the world. Andy's game is both technical and precise. Among his signature moves are his sweeps from the x guard, his single leg counters, and his combination of pressure and speed in the top position. One of the key ingredients to Andy’s success is his training environment at Atos HQ in San Diego, California. Here, he sharpens his game daily among several World Champions and elite colored belt competitors. The high-level training partners at Atos HQ have pushed Andy to evolve his game and be a key player in jiu-jitsu’s technical evolution. Don't miss Andy Murasaki competing at The Crown!
